Boards

There are a few ways to keep your board(s) private if you don't want them to be public.

1. Team + Users with Board URL
Turn off the public view of your board and only share it with users

2. Team + Users with Post URL
Turn off the public view of your post and only share it with users

3. Team + Users with Status URL
Turn off the public view of your status and only share it with users

1. Team + Users with Board URL

Visible to: You, Your Team, and everyone with the board URL.

• Go to 'Boards'
• Click on the board edit of the board you want to make private
• Scroll down to 'Access Type'
• Select 'PUBLIC' to 'PRIVATE'
• Hit 'Save'

2. Team + Users with Post URL

Visible to: You, Your Team, and everyone with the Post URL.

• Go to 'Posts'
• Go to the post action click on Edit of the post you want to make private
• Go to 'Access Type'
• Select 'PUBLIC' to 'PRIVATE'
• Hit 'Save'

3. Team + Users with Status URL

Visible to: You, Your Team, and everyone with the Status URL.

• Go to 'Posts' -> 'Statuses'
• Go to the status edit of the status you want to make private
• Go to 'Access Type'
• Select 'PUBLIC' to 'PRIVATE'
• Hit 'Save'

To delete a board, simply click on the 'Delete Board' button. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. All feedback posts associated with this board will also be permanently deleted.

Before you delete the board, make sure to check if you want to keep any of the posts and move them to another board.

• Go to the 'Boards'
• Hit ‘delete’ 🙌
